The past 12 months have been a journey. As an industry, we’ve seen continued recovery of narrow-body aircraft, navigated disruptions in the supply chain, and propelled into digital transformations, discussing what’s possible now and what could be. It’s a confluence of challenging dynamics rich in opportunities that allow us to learn, grow and look towards the future.

Since implementing a new organizational structure at Spirit in October 2021, we’ve been able to reinvigorate teams and gain momentum in moving aerospace and the world forward. We’re energized by what we’ve seen and learned. And it’s all been made possible by our people and partners around the world.

Together we’ve accomplished so much, and this is only the beginning. Imagine how far we can progress in one year. In five years. In ten years. Let’s keep changing aerospace for the better and bringing the future closer, one innovation at a time.
