Spirit AeroSystems’ capabilities and expertise in systems integration is unique among aerospace suppliers and includes both avionics and structural work. As the final team to touch aerospace components before they are transferred to the customer, Spirit’s systems-integration experts are also quality experts, which is critical to the overall success of any project.

Delivering the Dreamliner

Spirit provides full systems integration for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner Section 41 fuselage, including the installation of the flight deck floor, wiring systems, lights, bulkhead, cargo doors, landing gear and radome (nose cone). All systems are tested and proven to function prior to customer delivery. When the section 41 is delivered to Boeing, it’s ready to fly.
