Each employee is required to abide by Spirit’s Code of Conduct, which applies to everyone involved in Spirit’s business, including all employees, officers, directors and affiliates. Spirit is committed to doing business only with suppliers, contractors, consultants and other business contacts who share Spirit’s high standards of ethical business conduct.

On April 22, 2020, the Board approved an amendment to the Code of Conduct incorporating a discussion of the Company’s policy and approach to tax evasion.
