Spirit Recognized for Diversity Management Initiatives

We drive toward that goal in a number of ways, one of which is benchmarking ourselves against other companies using DiversityInc’s annual survey of corporate diversity performance. 

For the fourth consecutive year, Spirit AeroSystems was named a DiversityInc Noteworthy Company, being recognized for its efforts in talent and pipeline development, leadership accountability and supplier diversity. And, for the second year in a row, Spirit was named a Top Company for Veterans, earning the #5 ranking amongst the 17 companies who were recognized. Veterans account for nearly 10 percent of Spirit’s total workforce and more than 30 percent of all management new hires.
