Introduction
Pursuant to article L.1142-8 and D.1142-4 of the French Labor Code, Spirit AeroSystems France, French legal entity of the Spirit AeroSystems Group, must publish on its website annually its overall score and all indicators relating to the gender pay gap which must be calculated each year in accordance with articles D.1142-2-1 and D.1142-3 of the Labor Code.

Spirit is the wholly owned subsidiary of Spirit AeroSystems Inc., a global company. Spirit’s customers include Airbus and Boeing. Spirit designs, develops, and manufactures complex structures for the aerospace industry. Spirit’s manufacturing facility is located in Montoir de Bretagne, France.

- 1st indicator (pay gap between women and men): 38 / 40 points
- 2nd indicator (difference in individual increase rates between women and men): 35 /35 points
- 3rd indicator (percentage of female employees receiving a pay rise on their return from maternity leave): 15 /15 points
- 4th indicator (number of employees of the under-represented sex among the ten employees receiving the highest pay): 5 / 10 points
