Build on Your Experience

Go from being of service to providing a service — and be rewarded. Spirit AeroSystems values the key traits that define the men and women who choose to enter military service. Veterans are instilled with the character, dedication and commitment that translate into providing the quality service and products our customers demand. Align your character and skills with a wide variety of opportunities in manufacturing, engineering, IT, business and more, and begin a meaningful and rewarding career at Spirit.

Leaders Wanted

The skills developed while serving in the military are many of the same skills that allow employees to thrive at Spirit. Technical skills are in demand, but so are leadership and problem-solving skills and maintaining a healthy work ethic. These skills can’t be taught in the classroom, only developed through years of training and discipline. As you transition out of the military or look to transition from another job, consider bringing your talent, skills and expertise to Spirit.

Maintain Your Clearance

It can take months or even years to achieve the level of security clearance granted in certain military positions. Leverage that designation to your advantage by carrying over your security clearance to a career within Spirit. Our work within the defense sector opens the door to a continuation of service. By working at Spirit, you may have the opportunity to support those in the field by providing the highest-quality and most advanced and innovative aerospace structures to warfighters.
