Ingredients (please include quantities/weights)
- 16 oz. of Raw Oysters
- 3 Tbsp. of Butter
- 3 Cups of Whole Milk
- 1 Cup of Half and Half
- Town House Crackers
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- ¼ tsp. Celery Salt
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Instructions/Steps
Drain juice from Oysters and set aside.
Melt butter in large pan on medium heat.
Add Oyster juice and simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Add whole milk, half and half and heat to a simmer, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium/low.
Add Oysters along with all the seasonings, and constantly stirring, cook for 8 to 10 minutes until Oysters open up.
Eat with Town House crackers.
