Spirit Aerosystems Tulsa Employees Support Annual Angel Tree

For the ninth consecutive year, 130 children and 20 senior citizens participating in the Salvation Army Tulsa Area Angel Tree Program will benefit from the generosity of Spirit employees.

The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program provides assistance for low-income families with children ages 0-12 years of age and for senior citizens ages 65 and older during the holiday season. Families in need are referred to the Angel Tree program by agencies and schools in our community.  The need is verified and child / senior names are recorded along with gift/need request.  Angel tags are printed for distribution to Salvation Army Angel Trees throughout the community.

“We are proud to do business in the greater Tulsa area and we realize that comes with a responsibility to give back to the community by partnering with organizations like the Salvation Army,” said Martha Webb-Jones, Spirit Oklahoma Operations, director of human resources and environmental health and safety. “We are fortunate to have extremely generous employees who annually support this worthy program.”
