MOSAIC, the Tulsa Regional Chamber’s diversity business council, recognized Spirit AeroSystems as one of the region’s Top Inclusive Workplace Cultures at their Economic Inclusion Forum in late October. Spirit was a four-star honoree based on meeting certain criteria in five key categories: CEO commitment, diverse suppliers, people, internal policies and community outreach.
Jose Cordova, senior manager, Supply Chain and Logistics for Spirit’s Oklahoma operations accepted the award on behalf of Spirit.
