Spirit celebrates 10 years on the New York Stock Exchange

Spirit AeroSystems Chairman of the Board Bob Johnson was joined by Spirit President and CEO Tom Gentile, company leaders, Spirit Board of Directors and Wichita Mayor Jeff Longwell in New York City today (Monday, Nov. 21) to ring the New York Stock Exchange closing bell.

The closing bell marked Spirit’s 10th year as a publicly traded company. Former Spirit President and CEO Jeff Turner also joined company executives for the ceremonial end to the trading day on Wall Street. Turner was the CEO during Spirit’s initial public offering in November of 2006.
