Spirit AeroSystems supports programs in the area of health and human services, civic involvement, the arts and education. Spirit AeroSystems considers donating to capital request that support community programs where our employees live and work.
Spirit AeroSystems donates primarily to 501(c)3 organizations, public universities or colleges and K-12 schools/districts. Spirit AeroSystems does not fund medical research, sporting events, charitable walks or runs, school-based recreational programs or church-based programs

Good Neighbor Fund Grants
The Good Neighbor Fund donates to 501(c)3 non-United Way health and human services organizations that provide services to in communities where our employees live and work.
The Good Neighbor Funds does not consider donations to educational institutions, school-based programs, athletic programs or capital requests.
