We are proud to employ an extraordinarily generous group of people who give a great deal back to their respective communities. To support their efforts, we have established the Good Neighbor Fund in Kansas and Oklahoma. It’s an employee-run, nonprofit organization that facilitates our employees’ efforts to contribute monetarily to their communities. An employee-elected board of directors determines where funds are allocated.
In addition, Spirit employees contribute countless hours of volunteerism throughout the year. Annual volunteer projects help local organizations with projects such as food drives, toy drives and other local events.
