Aftermarket Customer Support (ACS) is a major part of what we do at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. We see this facet of our business as an opportunity to earn trust and nurture relationships every day, year in and year out. Those opportunities are centered around the following subjects:

Spare Parts

For items of which we are the Original Production Supplier, we maintain a perpetual inventory of thousands of spare parts and components. We are continually expanding and streamlining our global spare-parts distribution capabilities. The dedicated spare-parts support desk is staffed 24/7 in order to provide customers with what they need almost as soon as they know they need it.

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul

Long before our name was Spirit AeroSystems, our facilities and our people in Wichita, Kan., and Tulsa, Okla., were providing nacelle-repair support for many of the world’s largest airliners. Since then, we’ve expanded our capabilities to include Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) work for fuselage doors, structural components, flight control surfaces and modification kits. And when it comes to composite repair of complex, contoured components and the restoration of acoustic integrity, we rank among the most skilled and experienced. MRO customers quickly discover that our fundamental promise is precisely the same as their greatest wish: total value and exceptional quality in the shortest possible amount of time.

Fleet Support Services

With multiple operations in the U.S. and U.K., we can more promptly and thoroughly serve the needs of our fleet customers no matter where they are – even in AOG situations. Our direct fleet support includes on-site technical training, repair kit installation and service bulletin compliance.
