Claims for products with accumulated flight hours, that are found to be defective during the warranty period, are submitted via the warranty claim process. Claims for defective or discrepant products with no accumulated flight hours are considered to be non-conforming products and are handled through the material return process. Do not initiate a warranty claim for a defective or discrepant product that has no accumulated flight hours.
